Ted Weiss is the Chief Executive Officer of T. Weiss Realty Corporation (“TWRC”), a Long Island based real estate development company. Ted founded the company in 1969, and has since concentrated on the conversion of light industrial properties into Class A office space across the island. Over the years, Ted has overseen the development, leasing and management of over one million square feet of commercial property throughout Long Island. Since the company's inception, Ted has focused on providing TWRC tenants with not only high quality office space, but also numerous value-added services that support the success and growth of their businesses. He is the visionary behind the progressive amenities and style of service that can be found in all TWRC properties.

Ted Weiss is the Chief Executive Officer of T. Weiss Realty Corporation (“TWRC”), a Long Island based real estate development company. He is the visionary behind the progressive amenities and style of service that can be found in all TWRC properties.

Consistent with TWRC’s pledge to fulfill its tenants’ every need, Ted established TOTUS Office Solutions and Conference and Meeting Centers of Long Island; both of which he still serves as President. The two companies have achieved a significant presence in the Melville business district.

Ted is committed to the Long Island community. He is a member of the Long Island Association (LIA), Melville Chamber of Commerce and the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS). Ted also serves on the executive board of the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG) and is a Trustee at Northwell Health’s Huntington Hospital. He has worked hand in hand with community officials, specifically in the Town of Huntington, to achieve a Master Plan for the betterment of the Melville Route 110 corridor.

Ted’s energies extend beyond TWRC’s professional associations as well. He has worked with, and contributed to, a multitude of charities including Toys of Hope, the Make-A-Wish-Foundation, and The Nature Conservancy. He has previously sat on the boards of the Family Service League and North Shore Holiday House.

Ted has been honored by various organizations for his philanthropic work, entrepreneurial spirit, and real estate acumen.

Ted is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University where he was a four year letter winner in Men’s Swimming and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a New York State licensed Real Estate Broker and also a U.S. Coast Guard licensed U.S. Merchant Marine Officer – Passenger Vessel Captain.

Craig A. Weiss

President

Craig Weiss is the President of T. Weiss Realty Corp. (“TWRC”). He oversees and directly negotiates the leasing activity throughout the portfolio, and prepares and analyzes financial models for future T. Weiss ventures. He is also significantly involved in TWRC's operational direction, and is integral in the coordination between the TWRC leasing team and the TWRC construction department.

Craig A. Weiss

President

Craig Weiss is the President of T. Weiss Realty Corp. (“TWRC”). He oversees and directly negotiates the leasing activity throughout the portfolio, and prepares and analyzes financial models for future T. Weiss ventures. He is also significantly involved in TWRC's operational direction, and is integral in the coordination between the TWRC leasing team and the TWRC construction department.

Prior to joining the family business, Mr. Weiss spent three years in finance – two years in Morgan Stanley’s Equity Client Service Group, where he held Series 7 and 63 NASD certifications, and one year as a trader at the hedge fund Scout Capital Management.

Craig is an associate member of the Commercial and Industrial Broker Society of LI (CIBS) and serves on the Executive Committee of the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG).

He is actively involved with various charitable causes and professional organizations. Specifically, Craig served on The Nature Conservancy’s Manhattan based Young Professionals Group’s Board of Directors from 2005-2009. Craig was the Co-Chair of their annual gala in 2009. He has also spearheaded fundraising benefits for the Boys Club of New York and the North Shore Land Alliance. He currently serves as a member of the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Corporate Advisory Board and, with his father, was the honoree for Northwell Health Huntington Hospital’s Annual Gala in 2015.

Craig grew up on Long Island and attended Cold Spring Harbor High School before graduating cum laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. Craig is also a member of The Energeia Partnership at Molloy College, Class of 2015 – a regional stewardship program dedicated to identifying and addressing the serious, complex and multi-dimensional issues challenging the Long Island region.

In his spare time, Craig is an avid tennis, paddle tennis, and hockey player and enjoys attending live music concerts. Craig holds a USA Lacrosse Level 1 Coach Certification and, in the Springtime, is often found on the local fields coaching girls and boys youth lacrosse.

Daniella Gonzalez

Vice President of Operations

Daniella Gonzalez joined our team in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant growing into her role as Operations Associate and later Operations Manager. Today, she is T. Weiss Realty's Vice President of Operations and oversees the operations of T. Weiss' office properties on Long Island with responsibility for office operations, the entire company staff, maintenance, facilities, construction and finance. Prior to joining T. Weiss, Daniella served as Logistics Manager for CCP Solutions in Farmingdale, New York.

Daniella Gonzalez

Vice President of Operations

Daniella moved to Long Island from Toronto, Ontario, Canada in early 2015 after getting married. Prior to moving, she received a Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Kinesiology from McMaster University, a diploma in Massage Therapy and later received a certificate in Business Management from George Brown College.

When she isn’t at work, Daniella loves to travel and plays in a women’s soccer league on Long Island.

Adam Burke, BBRC's Vice President of Construction, is responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision and control of all projects. With over 25 years of experience in the construction and architectural fields, Adam joined the firm in 2017.

Adam Burke, BBRC's Vice President of Construction, is responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision and control of all projects. With over 25 years of experience in the construction and architectural fields, Adam joined the firm in 2017.

After working in his family’s construction business for 15 years, Adam decided to venture into the field of architecture, where he received his degree and began designing luxury homes. Throughout his career, Adam has worked with some of the most influential designers and builders, most recently at a hedge fund managing multi-year, high-profile projects in Manhattan, the Hamptons and across the Northeast.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time with his family.

Heather Maher joined T. Weiss Realty in 2020 as the company’s Full Charge Bookkeeper. Heather is responsible for accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Heather Maher joined T. Weiss Realty in 2020 as the company’s Full Charge Bookkeeper. Heather is responsible for accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Except for a few years living in NYC, Heather spent most of her life living on Long Island.  She grew up in West Islip, attended Hofstra University, where she received a Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting. She later received a Master’s Degree, at Dowling College, in Special Education.

Heather has worked for various companies in NYC, but after 9/11,  decided to settle comfortably working on Long Island.  She fell into the Real Estate Industry and has enjoyed the daily challenges it brings ever since.

She is also a board member for “Women and Men Against Prostate Cancer” and volunteers alongside Doctors, Legislators, Friends, and Family, who work diligently to increase the awareness of Prostate Cancer signs, symptoms, and treatments.

Helene Feldman

Assistant Controller

Helene Feldman joined T. Weiss Realty in 2003 as the company’s bookkeeper. Eventually, she became the firm’s assistant controller and ultimately the controller for T. Weiss. Today, Helene is responsible for all of T. Weiss Realty’s accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Helene Feldman

Assistant Controller

Helene Feldman joined T. Weiss Realty in 2003 as the company’s bookkeeper. Eventually, she became the firm’s assistant controller and ultimately the controller for T. Weiss. Today, Helene is responsible for all of T. Weiss Realty’s accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Before joining T. Weiss Realty, Helene worked as a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a number of companies in Manhattan including Ann Klein and London Fog.

As a Queens, New York native, Helene attended Queens College and graduated with a BA in Elementary Education and a minor in Mathematics. After getting married, Helene moved to Bethpage, and now lives in Holbrook. She enjoys visiting with her two sons, Jason and Daniel, as well as vacationing on cruises.

Samantha Stabile

Operations Associate

Samantha joined T. Weiss Realty in 2022. Samantha assists in overseeing all daily operations of T. Weiss’ portfolio on Long Island. Prior to joining T. Weiss, Samantha served as an Associate at Sentinel Real Estate Corp. in NYC.
